Job Description

 

-Manage and perform administrative duties at the facility.

-Ensure that Restaurant complies with local health and safety codes at all times.

-Be responsible for tallying receipts, deposits and processing employee payroll.

-Manage, train and discipline restaurant staff.

-Coordinate shifts and schedule the same.

-Plan staffing contingencies for shift coverage and peak hours.

-Be physically present on the floor to monitor and manage service.

-Participate in Service, as needed.

-Greet guests and escort to tables.

-Coordinate with kitchen to monitor the quality of food.

-Other duties as assigned.
