Job Description

-Handle email/phone/in-person queries from customers.

-Schedule appointments, meetings, interviews as needed.

-Maintain files and documents in the office and online.

-Review and take necessary action on office correspondence.

-Create reports, memos, presentations etc, as needed.

-Handle basic research, as needed

-Ensure and support inter-department coordination

-Must know MS Office

-Must be familiar with online basic applications like Drive.
