It is one of the three economic immigration programs managed through the Express Entry system.<\/p>\n<p>The CEC is designed for individuals who have already adapted to the Canadian work environment and have acquired the necessary language skills, work experience, and education to contribute to the Canadian economy. It recognizes the value of individuals who have already established themselves in the Canadian labor market and wish to continue living and working in the country on a permanent basis.<\/p>\n<p>To be eligible for the CEC, applicants must meet certain criteria. They must have at least one year of skilled, professional, or technical work experience in Canada within the past three years.
