Employers in participating communities can recruit skilled foreign workers who meet the program requirements to fill job vacancies in their businesses. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>To be eligible for the program, candidates must have a genuine job offer from an eligible employer in a participating community and meet the requirements for language proficiency, education, and work experience.
