The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) is an immigration program that allows the province of Manitoba in Canada to nominate skilled workers, businesspeople, and international graduates to become permanent residents of the province. There are two types of immigration streams available through Canadian provinces: base streams and enhanced streams.
