- Job Offer or Certificate of Qualification: Applicants must either have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer for a continuous period of at least one year or possess a Certificate of Qualification issued by a provincial or territorial authority in Canada.
- Language Proficiency: Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English or French by providing test results from an approved language testing agency.
- Skilled Trade Eligibility: The applicant’s skilled trade must fall under a designated trade occupation classified by the NOC system as Skill Level B.
